EPICENTRE's New MasterAmp™ Extra-Long PCR Kit
The MasterAmp™ Extra-Long PCR Kit enables successful and accurate one-step amplification of DNA sequences from 20 kb to 40 kb in an easy to use optimization format. For each new set of template and primers simply perform a PCR reaction with the MasterAmp Extra-Long DNA Polymerase Mix and the 9 PreMixes, all conveniently included in each kit, to find your optimal PreMix. At least one PreMix should amplify your long template and give consistent results in all subsequent amplifications.
