SBS Genetech's synthesis columns have four different types: Column A is 50 nmol column packed with universal CPG (standard, Loading 70-90umole/g); Column B is 50 nmol column packed with universal CPG (long, Loading 35-50umole/g); Column C is 200 nmol column packed with universal CPG (standard, Loading 70-90umole/g); Column D is 200 nmol column packed with universal CPG (long, Loading 35-50umole/g). They are all suitable for ABI 3900, MerMade, Dr.Oligos, etc. high-throughput DNA synthesizers.
