The MicroRotofor™ isoelectric focusing cell is Bio-Rad’s innovative solution to protein sample fractionation for small volumes (~2.5 ml). Based on patented and proven Rotofor® technology, the MicroRotofor cell helps to reduce sample complexity and to enrich low-abundance proteins: both especially critical for proteomics applications. Customizable pH gradients and integrated temperature regulation for native and denaturing applications allow for greater flexibility and compatibility with many downstream applications, including 2-D gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry.
