mirVana™ miRNA Bioarrays V2 Shine Light on miRNA Expression Profiles
The mirVana miRNA Bioarrays V2, just released by Ambion, enable sensitive, reproducible expression profiling of human, mouse, and rat microRNAs. These ready-to-use slide-based arrays, manufactured using GE Healthcare's CodeLink™ 3-D Gel Matrix Technology, deliver highly reproducible results (CV <10%) with superior sensitivity and specificity. Version 2 of the mirVana miRNA Bioarrays have been updated to include probes to all human, mouse, and rat miRNAs in miRBase 8.0, plus 152 additional unpublished human miRNAs. Each array also includes 22 control probes for accurate data normalization.
