Universal Assay for Serine/Threonine Kinases
Cisbio's line of HTRF® KinEASE™ kits are based on their patented HTRF® technology and are a universal tool for Serine/Threonine kinase screening and selectivity profiling. These assays use a proprietary antibody and a choice of three biotinylated substrates developed by Upstate, to rapidly produce high quality results. Cisbio's HTRF® KinEASE™ kits have been validated on more than 70 ser/thr kinases and provide additional benefits such as miniaturization to <4µl, low enzyme consumption and compatibility with a large range of ATP concentrations.
