The New ProteoExtract® Tryptic Cleavage Modification Kit
The ProteoExtract® Kits from Calbiochem® provide reproducible, reliable and convenient sample preparation to achieve biologically relevant data. These kits cover the different steps of the proteomics workflow, and work in concert with one another to provide samples that are directly compatible with downstream analytical applications. Calbiochem’s new ProteoExtract® Tryptic Cleavage Modification Kit (Cat. No. 539182) utilizes specific chemical modifications to control the trypsin cleavage site for in-gel digestions while capitalizing on the efficiency, specificity and reliability of trypsin. In combination with the ProteoExtract® All-in-One Trypsin Digestion Kit (Cat. No. 650212) the resulting sample contains either Arg C-like or Lys C-like digested peptide fragments that can be used for further analysis by MS/MS and ESI-LC-MS/MS techniques.
