The Calbiochem IP-Activity™ Src Kit (Cat No CBA056) specifically immunoprecipitates c-Src and v-Src tyrosine kinase from a variety of sources, including cell lysates and partially-purified preparations. The Src/Protein G complex retains kinase activity and can be used directly to evaluate Src activity. The IP-Activity™ Src Kit offers versatility as the isolated active kinase is suitable for activity assays or immunoblotting.
