Lasergene® sequence analysis software is a comprehensive suite of tools for: Sequence Editing and Feature Annotation; Automated Virtual Cloning; Multiple Sequence Alignment; Sequence Assembly; SNP Discovery; Primer Design; Gene Discovery; and Protein Structure Prediction. The Lasergene core consists of the DataManager and SeqBuilder. Researchers can customize the Lasergene software by adding modules which are appropriate for their research needs. The Lasergene modules are integrated so that edits, additions, and deletions made to a file in one module will automatically appear if the file is opened in other modules. Available for Macintosh and Windows, Lasergene is sold as a stand alone system or a networked system. Site licenses are also available.
