Bethyl's ReliaBLOT™* IP/Western Blot Reagents provide a major improvement in the method for the detection of immunoprecipitated proteins assayed via Western Blot. ReliaBLOT™ dramatically reduces the background of Ig heavy chain observed after Western blotting immunoprecipitated samples. ReliaBLOT™ allows low abundant proteins traditionally obscured by heavy chain to be cleanly observed. ReliaBLOT™ is simple to use and requires no changes to existing optimized IP protocols; works well with both Protein-A and Protein-G based immuno-precipitations; and does not require cross-linking. Currently optimized for rabbit antibodies - mouse and goat reagents are coming soon. *Patent pending. This product sold under a Limited Label License.
