Superior Transfection Efficiency with Low siRNA Concentrations When it comes to achieving effective gene knockdown, Lipofectamine™ RNAiMAX easily outperforms other siRNA transfection reagents. Optimal knockdown of target genes can be achieved using 10 nM of siRNA and Lipofectamine™ RNAiMAX.
