| The KingFisher magnetic particle based purification systems provide high speed purification of proteins and DNA/RNA from any sample. They offer increased throughput and reproducible results. The KingFisher family comprises three systems- KingFisher, KingFisher mL and KingFisher 96, covering sample volumes from 20 - 1000 µl. Each system consists of an instrument, specially designed plastics and software. In KingFisher, all purification steps are carried out in microplates. Working volume is 20-200 µl. 24 samples per run can be purified. |
