Description
The SearchLight Human Angiogenisis Array 1 is a multiplexed sandwich ELISA for the quantitative measurement of TIMP-1, ANG-2, PDGF-BB, Tpo, KGF, HGF, FGF Basic, VEGF and HB-EGF. The SearchLight array utilizes a special plate pre-spotted with 9 different capture antibodies per well. Following a simple ELISA procedure, the entire plate is imaged to capture chemiluminescent signal generated at each spot within the array. The SearchLight CCD Imaging and Analysis System feature image analysis software that calculates concentrations (pg/ml) for unknowns from standard curves.
