What is the difference between the basic and premium reports?

If you purchase the basic report you will receive either a .pdf or a hard copy of the report only. With the premium report you will receive the .pdf or hard copy of the report AND an Excel file with all of the raw data. There are specific ways in which you can use this data. For more information please email surveys@biocompare.com with "premium report" in the subject line.

Who can I share the report with?

All of our reports come with a single user license. This means that you cannot reproduce the report or the data, even to share it with one of your colleagues. If you would like to share the report with others at your company you may want to purchase a site license. With the site license you can share the report and data only within your company. Any reproductions must retain Biocompare's copyright and logo. For more details please email surveys@biocompare.com with "site license" in the subject line.

Which surveys are planned for this year?

We are conducting a survey nearly every month. To find out which topics are planned, please request a calendar. Email surveys@biocompare.com with "calendar" in the subject line.

How much is a site license?

The price of the site license varies by report. Please inquire for the specific report you are interested in. Email surveys@biocompare.com with "site license" in the subject line.

Can I buy the surveys in advance?

Yes, you may purchase surveys in advance. If you purchase prior to the release of the survey you may also include a question of your own design on the survey. To find out which topics are planned please email surveys@biocompare.com with "calendar" in the subject line.

Can I add a question to the survey?

If you purchase the survey before the question deadline you can include a question of your own design. For more information please email surveys@biocompare.com with "advance purchase" in the subject line.

What if I want the results of my question kept confidential?

If you purchase in advance and add a question to the survey we will also keep the results of your question confidential for a small fee. Please inquire for more details. Email surveys@biocompare.com with "hidden question" in the subject line.
