Our Lead-to-IND service program

With our in-depth domain expertise in oncology, companies can develop an entire program from lead to IND candidate without costly investment infrastructure and capability build-up. Compared to working with multiple CROs in preclinical biology, our streamlined process creates the highest efficiency, minimizes project delays due to multi-party co-ordination challenges, and reduces overhead costs. Crown Bioscience has no internal drug discovery or development pipeline and is here to work for you. The scope, goals, and end-points of each study or program are discussed thoroughly and frequently with the clients.

CrownBio considers partnerships that address specific stages or create customized development programs including:

• Early stage: Ideal when multiple leads must be narrowed down to a select few compound suitable to move into development. With potential reduction of false negatives, you benefit from greater likelihood of identifying compounds with greater efficacy in alternative indications.
• Late stage: Allows for co-development and risk-sharing structured deals. Sharing budgets and timelines provides direct access to CrownBio's deep expertise in oncology and includes individualized efficacy models, pharmacokinetic (PK) and maximum tolerated dose (MTD) evaluations in our proprietary HuPrime™ platform enabling translational oncology experiments to drive better clinical designs.
