The Quick Amp Labeling Kit, One-Color contains reagents to amplify and label target RNA to generate complementary RNA (cRNA) for oligo microarrays used in gene expression and other downstream analyses. Based on a simple and patented procedure that requires only one round of amplification, this highly efficient kit produces cyanine-labeled cRNA (anti-sense) from total RNA. This kit is a component of the Agilent dual-mode Gene Expression Analysis Solution.
