Description
The Chemicon Detergent-OUT Kit is a simple high performance method for removing detergents from protein solutions. Removes detergents without significant dilution of protein solution. Simply load the protein solution on the Detergent-OUT Spin column and collect detergent free protein solution. The Med column is suitable for removing detergents from a 1.0 mL solution of 1.5% Triton-X100 detergents (or an equivalent of 15 µL Triton-X100 or 15 mg detergents), provided that both the columns and proteins solutions are prepared in water.
