Description
The Chemicon SpinOUT™ columns are used for rapid purification and buffer exchange protein and/or nucleic acid samples. Simply apply the sample on top of the column and spin briefly and collect clean samples. These columns are suitable for removing salt, unincorporated radio isotopes, dye, primer, dNTP mix, and buffer exchange etc. Supplied in Micro size for processing up to 0.2 mL samples and Med for processing up to 0.5 mL samples. The SpinOUT 6000 columns are suitable for purification of proteins > 6000 Mol. Wet. And nucleic acids or oligonucleotides larger than 10 bp.
