Description
SAHARA™ Mix is a complete ready-to-use heat-activated 2x reaction mix, which simply requires the user to add water, template and primers. A 10 minute activation step at 95°C is required to carry out PCR assays. SAHARA Mix is based on our SAHARA™ DNA Polymerase, which is recommended for short genomic DNA fragments of up to 3Kb, or up to 5Kb on Lambda DNA. SAHARA Mix dramatically reduces the time needed to set up reactions, thereby minimizing the risk of contamination. Greater reproducibility is ensured by the reduction in the number of pipetting steps.

Storage:
SAHARA Mix can be stored for up to 6 months at -20°C, or up to 2 weeks at +4°C. Repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
