DNA samples are sequenced using ABI 3730xl automated sequencers. The template DNA can be plasmid or PCR. Eton provides universal primers such as T7, T3, SP6, M13F and M13R free of charge. We can also synthesize unique primers for the convenience of our customers or customers can provide their own primers.
