Description
The Model 700 Rotating Oven uses the traditional, lower-speed rotation to 20 RPM and is used with Agilent SureHyb and other microarray chamber formats [Cat. #1070-20-0]. The Model 700 Oven can also be used with a variety of other rotators and accessories from SciGene for other applications.Temperatures within the stainless steel chamber are regulated to 99°C with a precision of ± 0.1°C from set point using a simple to operate controller. It is equipped with a solid door that prevents light from entering the chamber that can quench sensitive fluorescent dyes used in microarray hybridization procedures.
