The DyLight Dyes have absorption spectra ranging from 493 nm to 770 nm (Table 1) and match the principal output wavelengths of common fluorescence instrumentation. The DyLight Dyes exhibit higher fluorescence intensity and photostability than Alexa fluor, CyDyes and LI-COR dyes in many applications and remain highly fluorescent over a broad pH range (pH 4-9).
