Description
Caspase 1 Inhibitor II is an irreversible caspase-1, (IL-1β-converting enzyme, ICE) inhibitor. It is neuroprotective, rescuing neuronal cell cultures from cell death. It alco reduces lipopolysaccharide-lethality in animals.
