Description
ACGT, Inc. offers shotgun sequencing services for a variety of samples including BAC, PAC, or cosmid DNA for genomic scale projects. This service includes shotgun library construction by shearing of the DNA source and determination of the consensus sequence. You will receive assembled and based called DNA sequences, publication-ready sequences, and electropherograms of each run.

- Completion for 100% coverage of the DNA by primer walking
