Description
ACGT, Inc. offers high-throughput sequencing. We are capable of handling 3,000 clones per day utilizing several ABI 3730 or 3730XL analyzers. A barcode system is used to accurately inventory and process DNA samples upon receipt until generation of the final data. Project tracking for each stage of sample processing is monitored and can be viewed real-time online via our website. We accept any type of samples: ligation mixture, transformation sample, bacterial agar lawn, or frozen glycerol stock for purification of plasmid DNA.
