Description
The USB Taq PCR Kit includes the necessary reagents to amplify DNA from a wide variety of templates. All components, including Ultrapure PCR Qualified Water and Ultrapure PCR Nucleotide Mix, are functionally tested in standard PCR to ensure reliable results. The kit also includes two PCR buffers for standard reactions, one with and one without MgCl2, and a separate tube of 25mM magnesium chloride for optimizing PCR conditions.
