Description
The anti-FLAG® M2 antibody can detect as little as 5ng of FLAG® epitope-tagged recombinant fusion protein. The anti-FLAG® M2 antibody is highly specific, with low cross-reactivity with prokaryotic and eukaryotic proteins. Kit includes: anti-FLAG® M2 antibody, AP conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody, BSA, nitroblue tetrazolium, and 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate.
