Description

The product is in 10 mM phosphate, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4 containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, and 0.05% sodium azide. Streptavidin (from Streptomyces avidinii) is conjugated with Texas Red (Molecular Probe) under optimum conditions. Texas red-streptavidin is purified by molecular sieving and is completely free of unbound Texas Red.
