Description

FITC-streptavidin is provided in liquid form in 10 mM phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 1% bovine serum albumin, 40% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide. Streptavidin (from Streptomyces avidinii) is conjugated with FITC under optimum condition. The conjugate is purified by molecular sieving and is completely free of unbound FITC.
