Description
The new Silencer™ siRNA Labeling-Cy™3 and Silencer™ siRNA Labeling-FAM Kits are now available for use in assessing transfection efficiency, studying cellular distribution and metabolism of siRNA, and analyzing the ability of siRNA to knock down protein expression. They can be used in conjunction with the Silencer siRNA Construction Kit or with siRNA synthesized chemically. Additionally, the Silencer siRNA Labeling Kits are specially designed to covalently attach dye molecules Cy3 and fluorescein (FAM) to both chemically and enzymatically synthesized siRNA in a single step reaction. The kits include enough reagents to label up to 65 mg of single-stranded or duplex siRNA and contain a GAPDH siRNA control.
