Description
Sectioning of any rat, mouse or any other species tissues (paraffin or frozen). Service includes harvesting tissues from animals, processing tissues for embedding in Paraffin or frozen blocks, sectioning at a thickness of 5-10 microns, and mounting sections on slides treated for adhesion. Investigator select tissues type, procedures of tissue preparation including fixation, thickness of tissue sections, number of tissues per slide, and quantity of slides. We can also section tissues (fixed/unfixed or in blocks) provided by the customers.
