Description
The new ArrayStar v2.1 software is a comprehensive visualization and analysis program for microarray gene expression analysis. The software is designed to work with Affymetrix, Illumina, Roche NimbleGen and a wide range of .txt file formats. ArrayStar v2.1 includes tools necessary to normalize raw data, to identify gene expression patterns and relative expression levels, and to visualize clusters of co-regulated genes. Users have access to analytical tools including hierarchical and k-Means clustering methods and scatter plots along with a range of options that can be applied to each. Advanced statistical methods permit full data analysis. Gene classification tools are included.
