Description
Extracts have been quality control tested by Western blot and the Electrophoretic Mobility Shift Assay (EMSA).Cells were cultured in medium supplemented with 50 ng/mL TPA (phorbol, 12-myristate, 13 acetate) and 0.5 µM calcium ionophore A23187 (CI) for two hours at 37∞C immediately prior to harvesting.
