Description
Liquid. Supplied as a 7.5 - 15% (w/v) Staphylococcus aureus cell suspension in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide, pH 7.2. DO NOT FREEZE. PANSORBIN® Cells are heat-killed, formalin fixed Staphylococcus aureus cells that have a coat of protein A and have been pickled by the method of Kessler. Activity: Standardized to bind 2.0 ± 0.1 mg human IgG/ml suspension.
