Description
Staphylococcus aureus Cells
Homogeneous, milky suspension. In PBS, 0.1% NaN3.10% suspension of Staphylococcus aureus cells in PBS, 0.1% NaN3, pH 7.2 DO NOT FREEZE. PANSORBIN® Cells are heat-killed, formalin-fixed Staphylococcus aureus cells that have a coat of protein A and have been pickled by the method of Kessler. Can be used for mitogenic stimulation of B lyphocytes. Activity: binding of human IgG is 1.5 ± 0.1 mg/100 mg cells.
