Description
AccuSure™ Mix is a convenient ready-to-use 2x Reaction Mix designed to maximize experiment reproducibility. AccuSure Mix contains AccuSure™ DNA Polymerase, MgCl2 and ultra-pure dNTPs manufactured by Bioline . The Mix is optimized and ready-to-use, the user is simply required to add water, template and primers, and then to pre-heat for 10 minutes. The 10-minute activation step eliminates the presence of non-specifics such as primer-dimers and mis-primed products, by ensuring that the enzyme is inactive at the initial low temperatures. The Mix dramatically reduces the time required to set up reactions, thereby minimizing the risk of contamination. Greater reproducibility is ensured, by a reduction in the number of pipetting steps that can lead to errors. Diamond Mix is supplied with an additional MgCl2 should any fine adjustments be required.
