Description
T4 Polynucleotide Kinase catalyses the transfer of γ-phosphate from ATP to the 5′-terminus of polynucleotides or to mononucleotides bearing a 3′-phosphate group. It is widely used in end-labelling of both short oligonucleotide probes and long DNA and RNA molecules for sequence determination.
