Description
• RNA reverse transcription and cDNA amplification combined in a single tube provides exceptional sensitivity
• The kit protocol enables users to perform a variety of studies including: amplification of cDNA derived from all types of RNA sequences and analysis of gene expression at the RNA level
• The design of the kit eliminates the need to perform large scale RNA preparations and Northern blots
The GeneAmp® RNA PCR Kit contains all components necessary to reverse transcribe RNA to cDNA using MuLV (recombinant Moloney murine leukemia virus) reverse transcriptase and to subsequently amplify the synthesized cDNA using the PCR process. Both the reverse transcription and amplification reactions take place in a single tube with buffers and reagents co-optimized for these sequential reactions.1–3
