Monodisperse, magnetic particles (2.8 µm in diameter) coated with streptavidin.Supplied at 10 mg/ml. These Dynabeads are based on a negatively charged and hydrophilic bead with carboxylic acid functionality. Typically display less non-specific binding of small and negatively charged proteins, less aggregation in high-salt hybridisation buffers and lower non-specific binding of nucleotides and nucleic acids. The product is well suited for nucleic acid applications with extreme demands. Also available at 10 mg/ml as 10 ml (Cat. No 653.06). This product is also supplied at a concentration of 50 mg/ml; 10 ml (Cat. No 353.02) and 60 ml (Cat. No 353.13).
