Protein can be transferred after staining allowing Western-based detection, if necessary. Stain compatible with the use of Pierce GelCode® Blue Stain Reagent. Stain for 6xHis tagged protein specifically and follow with a general Coomassie® stain, such as GelCode® Blue Stain Reagent for total protein profile determination.
