Description
N-(1-Pyrenemethyl)iodoacetamide is an UV excitable thiol-reactive fluorophore that is widely used to develop ratiometric fluorescent membrane probes. In general, pyrene fluorophores have concentration-dependent fluorescence due to the formation of excimer.
