Mycostatin
Off-white to yellow solid. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. A polyene antifungal antibiotic effective against yeast and mycoplasma. Induces loss of low molecular weight substances from cells with low selectivity. A cation-selective ionophore that exhibits selectivity for Na+. Increases the activity of Na+ - K+ pump. Biological activity: Potency: ≥4400 units/mg (anhydrous)..
