Vector NTI® is the most complete and highly integrated application for desktop sequence analysis and molecular biology data management available. Its many features include a comprehensive suite of DNA and protein sequence analysis tools across several integrated modules. In addition to the free technical support available in the Vector NTI® User Communitys eSupport section, non-profit researchers (academic and government) may purchase the Academic Vector NTI® Support Contract. This contract provides individual non-profit researchers with 1 year of technical support for their Vector NTI® License (License is available through the Vector NTI® User Community). Technical support provides access to telephone and Email support from Invitrogen's expert Bioinformatics support team. Our team is staffed by scientists with comprehensive understanding of both the biology and bioinformatics of modern research. We troubleshoot complex problems involving both bioinformatics and computer science components.
