Description
The Melon Gel IgG Spin Purification Kit contains all necessary components (e.g., gel, ready-to-use purification buffer, spin columns and collection tubes) for rapid purification of up to 1 mg of IgG from 100 µl of Melon Gel. All you need to supply is an appropriately prepared serum sample. The Melon Gel IgG Purification Kit contains the support, buffers and regenerant for larger scale IgG isolation applications. This kit offers a wide range of flexibility in column volume and sample size requirements. • New Melon Gel retains the component proteins typically found in serum and lets the IgG pass through. The resulting recovery and purity of the IgG isolated from serum rival that obtained from Protein A or Protein G.
