Description
Streptavidin labeled with P1 (a powerful red-emitting fluorescent dye with 545 excitation and 666 emission) for use in the detection of biotinylated proteins on Western blots. P1 provides sensitivity comparable to chemifluorescence and chemiluminescence in a direct fluorescent detection format.
