Description
The retinoblastoma protein (Rb) is known as a tumor suppressor protein that acts via inhibition of cell cycle progression from the G1 to the S phase. Rb's control over cell cycle progression is determined by its phosphorylation by cyclin dependent kinases (CDKs). One site on Rb that is phosphorylated and has an important impact on the regulation of cellular events is Threonine 252.
PolarScreen™ CDK RbING Assay Kits (Far-Red or Green) include anti-RbING antibody fluorescently tagged RbING tracer RbING competitor and buffer. Store components as indicated in the assay protocol (-80°C -20°C or +4°C).
