Description
For Measurement of Human Interleukin 6 Soluble Receptor (IL-6sR) in serum, plasma, cell culture fluid and other biological fluids. IL-6 is a B cell stimulatory factor, with other roles in acute phase reactions and hematopoiesis. Human IL-6 has been associated with autoimmune disease, psoriasis, myeloma, glomerulonephritis, and other conditions. • This kit is based upon sandwich immunoassay technique, using Biotin-labelled secondary antibody and Avidin-HRP, TMB (Tetra Methyl Benzidine) substrate. All reagents are supplied. Two vials of lyophilized rHuman IL-1-Beta standard are provided to facilitate partial runs, or both serum and culture fluid sample runs.
