Streptavidin MicroBeads have been used for the isolation of human allergen-specific B cells1 or follicular dendritic cells, murine liver sinusoidal endothelial cells, sheep B cell subpopulations, and rat retinal ganglion cells. They have also been used in many other separations such as the isolation of plant protoplasts.
