The Isoelectric Western Blotting (iWB) system provides a fast and convenient method for validating Mass Spec protein biomarker identifications . Leveraging the capability of dPC technology, phosphorylations, glycosylations and other post translational modifications are now easily detectable. Proteins are transferred to a PVDF membrane in 15 minutes from the digital ProteomeChip.
