pCL-MFG-LacZ reporter vector

Description
The pCL-MFG-LacZ reporter vector is a part of the
RetroMax expression system (Cat#10040K and
10041K). It contains a full-length bacterial β-
galactosidase (lacZ) under the control of the murine
LTR (1).
This plasmid can be co-transfected with any of the
retroviral packaging vector, pCL-Eco (Cat# 10045P),
pCL-Ampho (Cat# 10046P) and pCL-10A1
(Cat.#10047P) to check the efficiency of transfection
and retrovirus production. The expression of LacZ can
be monitored using β-galactosidase assay kits (Cat#
10053K and 10054K).
