Description
IRDye® 800CW is the dye of choice for labeling of antibodies and other proteins, and for nucleic acid applications that require high labeling density. The maleimide reactive group provides the functionality for labeling of free sulfhydryl groups (-SH). This near-infrared fluorophore can be detected with the Odyssey, Aerius, and Pearl Imaging Systems.
